Can a 5-Day soup diet mimic fasting benefits?
NCT ID NCT05821660
Summary
This study tested a new 5-day, low-calorie meal program to see if it causes similar health changes as short-term fasting. Researchers compared 64 healthy adults who followed the program to a group eating a normal diet. They measured changes in weight, blood pressure, blood markers, and gut health to understand the program's effects.
