First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study is testing a special mesh called 4DMESH® used in keyhole surgery to repair groin hernias. About 196 adults with a first-time hernia will be followed for up to 5 years to see how often the hernia comes back, how much pain they have, and how their quality of life changes. The goal is to make sure the mesh is safe and works well.
