New mesh could reduce hernia comebacks

Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective a new mesh (3DMax MID) is for repairing groin hernias. About 300 adults having routine hernia surgery will get this mesh and be followed for a year. The main goal is to see how often the hernia comes back, and the study also tracks pain and other complications.
