First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether custom-made 3D titanium plates are better than standard two-plate systems for fixing a specific type of broken jaw (mandibular angle fracture). Eighteen adults with recent, non-infected fractures and good oral hygiene will receive one of the two treatments. The main goal is to compare bone healing density on CT scans and post-surgery pain levels.
