The great dental guard showdown: 3D printing vs. traditional milling
NCT ID NCT07236294
Summary
This study aims to compare how comfortable and well-fitting 3D-printed dental night guards are versus traditionally milled ones. Researchers will have 24 healthy volunteers try both types of splints and report on comfort, stability, and ease of cleaning. The goal is to gather information that could help dentists choose better manufacturing methods for these common dental devices.
