3D printing vs. milling: which dental filling lasts longer?

Summary
This study tests whether 3D-printed onlays (a type of dental filling) work as well as those made by traditional milling. About 29 adults will get one onlay made by each method on opposite sides of their mouth. Researchers will check fit, appearance, and comfort at regular visits over 18 months.
