3D-Printed night guards: a better fit for grinders?

Summary

This study tests whether 3D-printed night guards work as well as traditional ones for people who grind their teeth. Forty-four adults will wear a custom splint during sleep for 3 months. Researchers will measure how much the splint wears down and ask participants about their satisfaction and quality of life.
