3D printed 'Patients' aim to train better breathing specialists

NCT ID NCT06171035

Summary

This study is testing a new 3D printed model of a patient's head and airway to see if it helps students learn a specific breathing treatment faster and better. The treatment, called noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, helps people in respiratory failure. Researchers will compare the test scores of students who train with the new model against those who use traditional methods.
