Summary
This study tested how accurate 3D printed surgical guides are for repairing broken jawbones. Twenty-four adults with a single-sided jaw fracture received surgery using one of two virtual planning methods. The main goal was to measure how precisely the bone pieces were realigned by comparing pre- and post-surgery CT scans.
