Summary

This study tests a custom 3D-printed device that uses small screws anchored to the bone to widen the upper jaw in young adults aged 18-30. The goal is to see how well it opens the mid-palatal suture and affects tooth position and bone thickness. Sixteen participants will wear the expander for 3 months, and changes will be measured using 3D X-rays.
