First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether 3D-printed fixed braces (Twin Block) or MARA appliances work better for correcting a common jaw misalignment in preteens. About 60 children with a small lower jaw will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments or a no-treatment group. The goal is to measure changes in jaw and teeth position using X-rays and to see how the treatments affect quality of life.
