Movie magic for lazy eye? 3D films tested as new therapy for kids
NCT ID NCT07301645
Summary
This study is testing if watching 3D movies can help improve vision in children with a 'lazy eye' (amblyopia) that hasn't fully responded to standard treatments like glasses or patching. Researchers will compare watching 3D films to watching the same films in 2D to see which is better at improving depth perception, sharpness of vision, and eye alignment. The goal is to find a fun, non-invasive activity that could become a new treatment option.
