First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested two ways to guide a heart ablation procedure for people with a type of fast heartbeat called AVNRT. One method uses standard X-ray (fluoroscopy) and the other uses a 3D map of the heart. 80 adults took part. The goal was to see if the 3D method reduces radiation exposure while still being safe and effective.
