Summary
This study is testing a gentler bone marrow transplant method to cure rare immune system and inherited blood disorders. It aims to help patients' bodies accept donor cells more safely and durably, using a lower-intensity treatment plan and a specific drug after the transplant. The goal is to cure the disease so patients no longer need ongoing treatment for it.
