Summary
This study is testing a small, implanted nerve stimulator to help adults with sudden, uncontrollable urine leakage. Participants will use the device for 30 minutes each day to see if it reduces their episodes of urgency incontinence. The study is for people who have tried standard medications but did not get enough relief or could not tolerate the side effects.
