Summary
This study is testing whether a short, 3-day training course can help adults with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME). The course teaches techniques to manage thoughts, feelings, and stress to try to improve physical function and reduce symptoms. Researchers will enroll 100 participants to see if the course leads to better daily function, less fatigue, and improved quality of life over time.
