Scientists track body's bacteria during prostate cancer therapy
NCT ID NCT04775355
Summary
This study collects urine and stool samples from 30 men with prostate cancer to understand how their body's natural bacteria change during hormone therapy and radiation treatment. Researchers want to see if these bacteria affect how patients heal from radiation side effects. The information may help identify new ways to improve quality of life for prostate cancer patients in the future.
