Summary
This study is testing whether a common cholesterol medication (pravastatin) can improve swallowing problems in people who had radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. It will involve 48 participants who will take the medication daily for one year while their swallowing is monitored. The goal is to see if this safe, existing drug can help reduce long-term swallowing difficulties after cancer therapy.
