Spin chair test aims to stop dizzy spells for good
NCT ID NCT05834452
Summary
This study tests which of two specific head-movement treatments works better to cure a common type of positional vertigo (BPPV). About 128 adults with confirmed BPPV will be randomly assigned to receive either the 'Epley' or the '360' maneuver, both performed using a mechanical rotating chair. The main goal is to see which treatment stops the vertigo fastest and most effectively, with the fewest needed sessions.
