New injectable fillings put to the test against standard ones
NCT ID NCT06192667
First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at two different kinds of tooth-colored fillings for small cavities: a newer injectable type and a standard one. Researchers checked how well they stayed in place, how the edges looked, and if they caused any sensitivity or new cavities. 30 healthy adults took part, and the fillings were checked over 24 months.
