NCT ID NCT07616999
First seen Jun 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026
Summary
This study follows 178 people who had their first episode of psychosis to see how early medication decisions and relapses affect their thinking, daily life, and mental health over 20 years. Participants will have one interview to assess symptoms, thinking skills, and well-being. The goal is to learn what leads to better or worse long-term outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
