Summary

This study tests whether a supplement called 2-HOBA can lower blood pressure and reduce immune system overactivity in women with lupus. About 42 participants will take either 2-HOBA or a placebo for 8 weeks, then switch after a break. The goal is to see if 2-HOBA can help manage lupus-related health issues.
