Summary
This study is testing whether a new gel containing the drug miltefosine can safely cure a skin infection called cutaneous leishmaniasis. Fifteen adults with 1-4 small skin sores will apply one of three gel strengths daily for 28 days. Researchers will check if the sores heal completely and monitor for any skin irritation or side effects.
