First human test of 'off-the-shelf' immune cells for aggressive leukemia

Summary
This early study tested a new treatment called SAR445419, which uses donated natural killer immune cells, in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has returned or not responded to prior therapies. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how well the body tolerates the treatment after receiving standard chemotherapy. The study was stopped early after enrolling 7 participants.
