Can a daily 10-Hour eating window stop weight regain?

NCT ID NCT07163455

Summary

This study is testing if a simple eating schedule can help people keep weight off after they lose it. It will involve 500 overweight or obese adults across China who have recently lost at least 5% of their body weight. One group will try to eat all their daily food within a 10-hour window, while another group will just get standard diet advice, to see which approach better prevents weight gain over a year.
