Knee surgery showdown: which graft helps you recover better?

This study looked at 70 people with a torn ACL who had knee surgery. Doctors used either a piece of the quadriceps tendon or the hamstring tendon to rebuild the ligament. The goal was to see which graft led to better knee function and stability after 3 and 6 months.
