Primorsky Regional General Hospital #1

This study looks at two ways to manage pain after coronary artery bypass surgery. One group gets morphine, the other gets a new medicine called tafalgin. The goal is to see if tafalgin works just as well for pain relief. About 100 adults having bypass surgery will take part.
