New knee injection trial aims to ease arthritis pain

This early-stage trial tests a new injection called NANOVAE for people with knee osteoarthritis. The study will include 24 adults aged 21 to 75 with moderate knee arthritis. The main goal is to check if the injection is safe and if it helps reduce pain and improve balance.
