This study tests whether ramosetron, a drug that affects gut serotonin, can improve symptoms in people with diarrhea-predominant IBS. Seventy-six adults aged 18–65 will receive either ramosetron or a placebo daily for four weeks, along with a low-FODMAP diet and lifestyle advice.…
