Orgasmic meditation linked to better sleep in small study

This study looked at whether practicing orgasmic meditation (OM) is linked to better sleep. 41 adults who already practiced OM tracked their sleep using an app for 30 nights. The goal was to see if more OM practice or having an orgasm during OM was tied to improved sleep quality.
