Can a breast cancer drug help fight a rare uterine cancer?

This study tests whether the drug letrozole can delay cancer progression in people with a rare uterine cancer called leiomyosarcoma. Participants take a daily pill or receive no treatment for comparison. The goal is to see if letrozole helps keep the cancer from growing longer.
