Can THC ease your aching back? new study seeks answers

This study tests whether a synthetic THC drug (dronabinol) can safely reduce chronic low back pain. About 75 adults with pain lasting at least 3 months will take either the drug or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe enough for larger trials.
