  • Robot arm aims to make heart valve replacement safer and more accurate

    This early study tests a new robot called TAVIPILOT that helps doctors position and deploy a replacement heart valve during a procedure called TAVR. The goal is to see if the robot is safe and easy to use. Ten patients aged 65 or older with severe aortic stenosis will take part.
