Yoga eases endometriosis pain in new study

This study tested whether an 8-week online yoga program could help women with endometriosis feel less pain and live better. Fifty-two women took part, comparing yoga to standard physical exercise. The goal was to see if yoga offers extra relief for period pain and other symptoms.
