Heart transplant hope: drug may clear antibody barriers

This study tests whether the drug daratumumab can lower high levels of HLA antibodies in 10 people waiting for a heart transplant. High antibodies can make it hard to find a matching donor. The goal is to help more patients become eligible for transplant.
