This study tests a new vaginal gel (AZU-101) in 90 postmenopausal women aged 45-60 who have vaginal dryness and pain during sex. The gel aims to improve vaginal health by restoring normal pH and cell balance. Researchers will check safety and how well it works over several weeks.
