    This study tests the drug lenalidomide in 42 adults with Behçet's syndrome who have stubborn mouth ulcers. Participants take 10 mg of lenalidomide daily for 12 weeks, then stop for 4 weeks of observation. The main goal is to see if the ulcers completely disappear by week 12.
