True unicornuate uterus

True unicornuate uterus is a rare, non-syndromic uterovaginal malformation characterized by a crescent-shaped, small-sized uterus containing a single horn and fallopian tube with no rudimentary horn. Urinary tract anomalies are frequently associated.
