Cogan-Reese syndrome is a clinical variant of iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome characterized by variable iris atrophy, pigmented and pedunculated nodules on the iris and corneal abonormalities. Secondary glaucoma is also a common complication of the disease.
