Roberts-SC phocomelia syndrome
A rare genetic syndrome with an autosomal recessive pattern of inheritance. It is caused by a mutation in the ESCO2 gene. Clinical signs at birth include multiple limb and facial abnormalities.
This condition has no sub-types.
