Diarrheal disease secondary to decreased bowel motility
A diarrhea that results from decreased motility in the bowel; the resultant bowel stasis encourages bacterial overgrowth and subsequent bile salt deconjugation. Diarrhea is then the direct result of fat malabsorption and increased colonic secretion.
This condition has no sub-types.
