Summary

This study tests a combination of tunlametinib, chemotherapy, and a targeted antibody in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this mix shrinks tumors and improves survival. About 28 participants who have not had prior treatment will receive the therapy, and researchers will monitor side effects and how long the benefits last.
