Summary
This study tests whether a drug called tenecteplase can help people having a stroke who recently took blood thinners (DOACs). About 912 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves their recovery after 90 days. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment for this group, who are often excluded from clot-busting therapy.
