Summary
This study tests a program called Healthy Eating for My Infant (HEMI) for families with low income. The program helps mothers with mental health and feeding challenges to prevent obesity in their babies. About 60 families will take part, with some receiving the program and others standard care. Researchers will check if the program is practical, liked by families, and improves baby growth and diet.
